Yoghurt Fish is a very tasty and a delightful fish recipe.

Serves -

       Ingredients How to?

500 g Fish (cut into cubes)
2 cups Yoghurt (blended)
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon
1 Cardamom
2 inch Ginger (paste)
1 Onion (paste)
2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Sugar
4 tbsp Mustard Oil

Roll the fish pieces separately in corn flour.
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the fish till golden.
Add all the other ingredients in the remaining oil except curd.
Add little water to it to avoid burning.
Add curd and boil for 2 minutes.
Dip the fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
Suggestions: Serve with plain rice.
