BANANA RAITA RECIPE
Banana Raita is a very popular recipe

Serves:4


       Ingredients How to?

3 Bananas, peeled and chopped
1 Cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Wedge lemon
1/2 Cup shredded coconut

Stir-fry coconut in a pan.
Pour a little lemon juice over bananas (to keep it from browning).
Smear bananas with yogurt (vanilla) and top with toasted coconut. Serve.
