Parsley Butter

Preparation time: 5 minutes * No cooking * Makes 3 tablespoons.  

Ingredients How to?
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • A little mustard powder
  • Salt to taste
  1. Add a few drops of water to the mustard powder and mix well. 
  2. After 5 minutes, add to the butter and chopped parsley.  
  3. Add salt.  

Note: Use this butter as a spread for sandwiches and toasts.

Health Information: This recipe decreases the amount of butter to be used and makes a great spread.
