Apple Roll with Vanilla Cream

 Preparation time: 10 minutes * Cooking time : 20 minutes  * Serve 4.

Ingredients How to?

For the dough

  1. Mix the flour, oil and salt.  
  2. Add water and prepare a soft dough. 
  3. Knead well, divide into 4 portions and roll out into chapattis.

How to proceed?

  1. Put a little apple mixture in each chapatti and close.  
  2. Arrange the stuffed chapatti's on a greased baking tray. 
  3. Brush lightly with a little butter and bake in a hot oven at 200 Deg C for 10 minutes. 

* Serve with cold vanilla cream.

Health Information:   A variation of apple pie using nutritious and unusual whole wheat flour pastry which provides more minerals and vitamins than refined flour.
