Fruit Salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes * No cooking * serves 6.

Ingredients  How to?
  • 2 medium sized apples with peel, sliced segments of oranges
  • 2 bananas, diced
  • 4 tablespoons seedless green grapes
  • 1 diced pear or 1 teacup diced honeydew melon
  • bottle ( 200 to 250 ml. for full bottle) red ginger-ale.
  1. Mix the fruits in a bowl.
  2. Pour the ginger-ale over the fruit.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour.

* Serve cold

Health Information : This salad is full of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Apples contribute fibre, bananas provide potassium and high fibre whilst grapes are rich in Vitamin C and oranges in Vitamins A, C and minerals.
