Curd Cheese Dip

Preparation time: 10 minutes * No cooking * Serves 4.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Tie the curd in a thin muslin cloth.
  2. Hang and allow the water to drain out for 1 hour. 
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well

Serve cold with capsicum sticks or carrot sticks.

Note: Each capsicum or carrot stick contains less than 1 calorie.

Health Information: This low-calorie cheese dip is a tasty substitute for cheese and cream dips which are high in fat and cholesterol.
