Frosted Tomato Cocktail

Preparation time: 15 minutes * Cooking time: 5 minutes * Makes 4 glasses

Ingredients How to?
  • 1 kg tomatoes

  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • A little Worcestershire sauce 
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop the tomatoes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and 4 tablespoons of water and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Blend in a mixer.
  4. Pour the mixture into a tray and freeze for 40 minute

    * Serve cold in individual glasses.

Health Information: Full of Vitamins A and C, this drink is more refreshing and healthier than a cola.
