Bean Sprouts Salad

Preparation time: 5 minutes * No cooking  * Serves 4.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Mix the sprouts, onions, tomatoes and salt.

  2. If you like, sprinkle a little soya sauce on top.
  3. Chill

      * Serve cold.

Health Information: Together, moong and soya a give a nutritive high protein salad. Furthermore, raw sprouts and vegetables increase the fibre content as well as prevent loss of nutrients.
