Slimmer's  Salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes  * No cooking  * Serves 8.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Chop the fruit coarsely
  2. Grate the vegetables
  3. Mix in a bowl and put to chill
  4. If you like, add the curd dressing

* Serve Cold

Note: The curd dressing contains 38 calories
