Masala Puri
Preparation time:
5 minutes * Cooking time : 15 minutes  * Makes 25 Puris
  • 100 grams whole wheat flour
  • teaspoon coarsely powdered cumin seeds
  • teaspoon coarsely powdered peppercorn
  • teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • teaspoon salt
How To ?
  • Mix all the ingredients. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well.
  • Divide the dough into 25 portions.
  • Roll out into thin puris and prick with a fork.
  • Arrange the puris on a baking tray.
  • Bake in a hot oven at 200 deg C 15 minutes.

Health Information: You need lesser usage of salt because of the flavour imparted by herbs and masalas.
