Low Calorie soups

Mushroom Soup
Preparation time:
   10 minutes   * Cooking time: 10 minutes   * Makes 5 cups

Ingredients How To ?
  • 200 grams fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 choppes onion
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Chop the mushrooms
  2. Heat the butter and fry the mushrooms and onion for 1 minute.
  3. Add 4 teacups of water and put to cook
  4. When cooked, blend in a liquidizer
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste 

* Serve Hot

Health Information: A soup for mushroom lovers. Mushrooms are very low in calories and have a good protein value.
