Whole Wheat Pasta with Tomato Gravy
Preparation time: 15 minute
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients How to?

For the pasta

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a stiff dough by adding water. Knead very well and then keep aside for hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out very thinly. 
  3. Cut into long strips using a noodles into the boiling water and cook for 1 minutes. 
  4. Remove the cooked noodles with a sieve and repeat for the remaining noodles.  
  5. Drain the cooked noodles.

How to serve

  • Arrange the boiled noodles on individual serving plates and pour the gravy on top.

*Serve hot
