Take with Sagu / Chutney
       Ingredients How to?

  • Rice - 2 cups (regular or brown rice can be used)
  • Urad dal - 1cup
  • Poha (Avul in Tamil) - 1 cup
  • Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp.
  • Jaggery- lemon size
  • Butter - 100 gm

  1. Soak all together over night and grind to smooth batter.
  2. Allow it for fermentation.
  3. Now mix well with Jaggery.
  4. In a thick dosa pan make small sized dosas in medium thickness
  5. Once done spread haff teaspoon of butter over dosas.
  6. Serve with chutney.

    Note: Donít over heat the pan.
    Tips: Close the dosa pan to get smooth dosas.
