MANATHAKKALI VATHAL RECIPE
Manathakkali Vathal is a sour-salty South Indian recipe.
• 1 kg Green manathakkali (Agathi)
• 1/2 Cup sour curd
• 4 tsp Salt
• Combine all the ingredients together, mix well.
• Keep it for 5 days and stir once daily.
• Dry it in the sun for 2 to3 days till it becomes
completely dry and crisp.
• Now Store it in the tight container.
