Bengal gram flour-1/4 cup
Maida (all purpose flour)-1/2 cup
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Oil for deep fry
Cut the plantain (Length wise) into thin pieces
(Not too thin) and keep aside.
Take Bengal gram flour, Maida, Rice flour, Turmeric
powder and sugar in bowl; mix water till the mixture
turns to semi fluid state.
In a pan take oil for deep fry.
Dip plantain slice in the mixture (Make sure that
the slice gets thick coating of mixture).
