A Normal Diet consists
of any and all foods eaten by you in health. It is planned keeping the
basic food groups in mind so that optimum amounts of all nutrients are
provided. Foods Allowed:

Foods partially restricted:

Fried foods like puris, parathas and pakora's etc.

Strongly flavored vegetables like turnip, capscicum, radish etc.

Too many spices, relishes or pickles
